Rosario Unlimited: Never Give Up On Your Dream
Sales on my first children's book haven't been great, but I can't give up on my dream. There are many times that we tend to give up when things are not going as expected. I know that feeling. Looking at the sales on my children's book I have felt like giving up. The thought passed through my mind that maybe I'm not good enough. That maybe I should just stop drawing and writing. Then I start to picture myself ten or even twenty years from now. If I give up now will I regret it? The answer to that is yes. At least if I try I know that I have the satisfaction of knowing that I gave it my all. Then I look at my kids. If I give up, then when things get hard for them they will give up and that's something I can't live with. Please don't give up on your dream. Even when things are not going well. You will feel worse if you totally gave up. One thing I learned when I had my first job as a Vacuum Cleaner Sales person is that out of every no there is a yes. My dream is starting slow, but slowly but surely I will get there. Nothing in life is easy. I have overcome many obstacles in my life where I didn't know if I can see past go, but somehow I made it through. Of course I've had those moments where I did give up, but then I regretted it. Then life becomes "What if?". I've had enough with "What if's?". Its time to just keep fighting for what you want. Life as they say is short. So why not give it your all and live your dream?
